You're Eligible for a Full Refund If:

  • Technical Issues: Our AI fails to process your images due to platform errors on our end
  • Service Unavailability: You cannot access our platform for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our technical problems
  • Quality Issues: The AI-enhanced images are significantly corrupted or unusable due to our system errors
  • Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase
  • Unused Credits: You haven't used any of your purchased image credits and request a refund within 7 days of purchase

Refunds Are NOT Available For:

  • Subjective Quality: You simply don't like the AI-enhanced results (this is subjective and based on AI interpretation)
  • User Error: Incorrect prompts, wrong image uploads, or misunderstanding of features
  • Partially Used Credits: You've already used some of your purchased image enhancement credits
  • Change of Mind: You no longer need the service after purchasing credits
  • Competitor Comparison: You found a different service you prefer after using our credits

Free Trial and Credits Policy

Free Trial Users

  • 10 Free Images: No charges, no refunds needed
  • No Payment Required: You can use your free credits without any billing information

Promotional Credits

  • Bonus credits from promotions or referrals are non-refundable
  • These credits expire according to their specific terms

Special Circumstances

Technical Disputes

If you believe our AI produced poor results due to a technical issue:

Bulk Purchase Refunds
